Reliability Test Lab

With well-equipped lab and experienced engineers, schedule of time to market will be efficiently decreased, such as enabling new program development, process improvement, failure analysis, and product and process troubleshooting. CTC can make the tests in house: HALT, Thermal Shock Testing, Humidity Test, Temperature Cycling, X-ray scanning and Drop Test.
UL WTDP Lab

UL WTDP is the Witnessed Test Data Program conducted by UL, CTC officially acquires UL WTDP certification. We could conduct the certificated test facilities under the supervision of UL personnel. This allows schedules to be easily maintained and information reviewed readily on-site.
EMC Lab

We can significantly increase the reliability, decrease the cost, and speed the development schedules if there is no EMC problem. EMC compliance is highly critical for the success of product and also for company’s future. CTC can meet the EMC test requirements: EMI conduction, EMS ESD surge, EFT.

CTC implement SA8000 Social Accountability International Standard System aggressively, and we’ve been certificated by SA8000 since 2014.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility policy as following:

  2. Provide a safe and healthy working environment, ensure the safety and health of employees.
