CTC supports the popularization of basic sports and local competitions.

CTC have set up a gym in the company, provide free sports courses, and establish a sports time system, so that employees can have a regular sports time (during working hours) every week, and also provide funding to support employees to establish sports clubs. In 2023, the goal will be expanded to support local sports and competitions in Kaohsiung. This time, CTC sponsored a youth football elite invitational tournament held at the newly completed Nanzi football field in Kaohsiung Fitness Factory, hoping that through these promotion activities, the sports atmosphere in Kaohsiung can be improved, and people can understand that Kaohsiung also has such high-standard football fields, and promote the sports image of Kaohsiung.
