CTC implement SA8000 Social Accountability International Standard System aggressively, and we’ve been certificated by SA8000 since 2014.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility policy as following:
- Do not hire child labor, and it’s also unacceptable that supplier or outsourcer hire child labor.
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment, ensure the safety and health of employees.
- Implement Labor-Management Cooperation, respect employee’s opinion and freedom of association.
- Respect fundamental human rights of employees, prohibit any humiliating or degrading acts.
- Arrange the working hours reasonably.
- Provide reasonable compensation.
- Do not forced labor, and it’s also unacceptable that supplier or outsourcer forced labor.
- Organization operations comply with government policy and international regulations.
- Does not use child labor or engage in human trafficking, and does not accept any suppliers or subcontractors that use child labor or engage in human trafficking.
