Congratulations! CTC General Manager Chih-Hang Cheng won the 2023 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award [Steady Reinvention Entrepreneur Award]

The prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, known as the "Entrepreneur Olympics", held an award ceremony on December 1. Chih-Hang Cheng, general manager of CTC, won the "Steady Reinvention Entrepreneur Award" after undergoing fierce competition.

General Manager Chih-Hang Cheng took over management during the financial crisis in 2008. He evaluated the company's strengths and problems carefully, and with an academic background in industrial design, introduced target management strategies and processes as well as digital and automated tools to improve the performance and quality of power module manufacturing. Grasp the manufacturing advantages of "small quantity, high quantity", meet customers' demand “ time to market”.  Think internationally, and pursue steady and sustainable growth. Based on the above results, the jury recognized the business vision and courage in resolutely reinventing CTC, so that the company can still grow stably in the face of adversity!

The "EY Entrepreneur of the Year" award is an independent judging panel composed of senior leaders from the industry and academia. After a multi-professional and objective selection process, outstanding candidates are selected based on the four major selection criteria of entrepreneurship, comprehensive development, goals and policies, and influence, entrepreneurs and praise them.
